Chicken/Beef/Goat/Lamb pieces cooked in aromatic chettinad spiced gravy. Chettinad cuisine is perhaps the most renowed fare in the Tami Nadu (part of South India) repertoire. It consists of marinated in yougurt, tumeric and a paste of red chillies, kalpasi, coconut, poppy seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper, ground nuts, onions, garlic and gingelly oil. It is served hot and garnished with coriander leaves.
